TO ELABORATE ON EMBARASSING
i did two slightly stupid things today

soooo in bio class we were talking about the bone in the hand that is basically your wrist and my teacher asked us "so what is this bone right here" imagine him pointing to that bone. And this is one of those moments where my brain and mouth just DONT COOPERATE so i must have thought that it looked like a vertebrate even thought I KNOW that vertebrate are in your back!!!!! so i shouted for THE WHOLE CLASS TO HEAR....."ITS A VERTEBRATE" and everyone laughed at me. good thing im comfortable in my own skin to laugh at myself two

2nd thing TOTALLY misreading a poem we read in english class, and telling my teacher what i thought the poem was about. TURNS OUT its had NTOHING to do with what I said, good thing he let me down softly

3rd some of the boys came to our tennis practice and i walked past them to put my bag down and put my shoes on. wellll i hear one of my friends snickering and i look back at her and it turns out that my skirt was stuck in my spandex of my tennis shorts and MY BARE WHITE ARSE was showing, and one of the boys was a kid who i like LOVED all sophmore year,

ugh im off to start working on my resume,,,,,,,,,,wish me luckkk

and the time we were given will be left for the world

school starts in THREE DAYS AS OF TOMMOROW

where has my summer gone

IM A SENIOR

every time i think about going to college i want to have a mini panic attack, i used to think i was so ready and that i was SO DONE with high school. BUT HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW WHAT I WANT TO DO. now i have to be an ADULT and GET A JOB

i live a very stressful life. obv. just kidding.

i just made a cookie in a mug. I highly reccomend it. its on pinterest and ITS DELICIOUS

follow me: at katiechristianson8 i pin just about A BILLION things a day (overexxageration) and lately 90% of my most recent pins are a direct response of my trip to new york. They are all fashion photos and vintage vogue prints, and i LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE them.

but tennis season has offically started and ive already met some pretty interesting people. These last people that my best friend katie and i played (i know katie and katie) were from appleton north and they were hilarious but a tad obnoxious. for instance

1)every time there was a breeze they would talk about how much they appreciated the breeze...okayyy!?!?!
2) during a point one of the players across from me at the net said under her breath "what ya trying to kill me" while my partner hit a crazy good groundstroke at her
3) while i was gearing up to SMASH, and i mean SMASH them with a overhead the girl across from me said "oh my god thats scary" apparently when i gear up for a overhead i look pretty unfriendly
4)i would walk up to them to give them the balls after a game and we were switching sides and they would ignore me for a solid 10 seconds so that i got to hear there conversation and THEN THEY WOULD pay attention to me
5) i hit one WAY OUT, like on the next court out and they girl asked me if thats where i was aiming for......um no!!!!!
6) i told them at the the end of the match that they were by far the most fun people we played and one of the girl s said "most people just say were weird and go "bye!"" i got a chuckle out of that
7) one of the girls had a knee brace on her so she couldnt really run FAST, but she could run. and when she would be at the net and miss because she had to reach her partner would say "SYD STOP dont get it!!!i can get it if you have to reach! come on!"


they were pretty funny, good thing we won in a SUPER TIE breaker i nearly had a panic attack, because i was serving last and i DID NOT want to double fault.

so i figured before tennis starts and my life is completely over and filled with tennis and SCHOOL YUCK (two weeks left), i would update you all on my new york trip, with TONS AND TONS of pictures to make you all jealous. just kidding im not THAT mean, but i will show ya some pictures!!

sorry your gonna have to crane your neck for these two. We went to the twin towers on mi cumpleanos (my birthday) and my cousin said that the way the building was built reflects off something to do something or other thats really cool, sorry i cant be more specific.

i didnt really take many pictures of the buildings and such because number one: i didnt want to look like a tourist, but now i realize that that was retarted and i shoulda just TAKEN THE DAMN FOTOS and number two: i was so preocupied taking pictures of people, which i know sounds slightly creepy but ITS FOR MY ART!!!! see here in wisconsin we dont really have a whole lot of diversity but NYC is the melting pot of culture, so i got LOTS OF pictures!
